Massage NZ Awareness week 7-11 Sept 6 Sep 2015

As a registered massage therapist with Massage New Zealand, I am helping to promote awareness week by offering FREE neck and shoulder chair massages outside my Taradale clinic. 

The theme is self-care. I recommend that you set aside some time for yourself, your family and the things you love to do, the stuff that refills and re-energises you.
